  • We do not accept returns on personalized items, we will provide you a proof to check spelling and any errors before production.

  • We will accept returns on items that were received within 7 days of delivery, shipping will not be refunded and you must pay the shipping to return it to us.

  • We will strive to make every transaction one that will make you want to shop with us again.  Please contact us with any issues and we will do our very best to work out the issues.
